Returns

If you are unhappy with any footwear you receive from us, you may return it unworn and in original condition and package to us within 365 days from original shipping date.  We will gladly issue credit to the original credit card covering the value of your returned item.  On returns or exchanges we do not refund shipping charges.  If we shipped the wrong item or defective we will issue a refund including shipping costs.

Shipping

Our goal is to ship same day as payment is made.  Orders that are not shipped same day as payment are shipped next day.  For domestic orders our preferred shipper is USPS.  USPS is estimate delivery 2-9 days after it ships.  All orders are shipped from our Quakertown, Pa warehouse.  Please note we make no shipping guarantees other than those advertised by our shippers.
